AllThingsMomSydney’s 2018 Family World Tour

We’re going on a 2018 Family World Tour and you’re coming with. Physically, the family and I aren’t going anywhere. Don’t worry, you’d know if we were! But, with some help from bloggers  around the world we’re going to visit their home towns. Through their eyes we’re going to see the top 10 places to visit with kids or as a family.

The 2018 Family World Tour

Just because it’s miserable weather and winter in Sydney doesn’t mean we don’t get to explore. For the next two months other cities around the world are being put on display.

As you know, its one thing to visit as a couple, on your own or as part of an adult only crew, it’s a whole different ball game visiting new places with kids. The museums are replaced with playgrounds, the quirky cafes are replaced with MacDonalds or some other place that will guarantee your child will eat.

So I’ve enlisted the help of some experts – some fellow parents who are taking us to see the best spots in their Cities.

These aren’t travel writers or adrenalin junkies looking for the next adventure (although some would argue that parenting is very similar to jumping out a plane or off a bridge). These contributors are parents like you and me who know the ins and outs of their cities. Who better to help you find the best spots that people who know the area and know what being out with kids is like!

Where is the Family World Tour Going?

Next week we start in Cape Town, South Africa. It is by far one of the most beautiful cities in South Africa. Some would argue its one of the most beautiful cities in the world but we’ll have to wait and see what is on offer.

From SA we move up to the UK but not London because that would be too cliched.  And from the UK we hop over to the US and not to New York. After the States and we head over East. But that’s all the information you’re getting – you’ll just have to wait and see…

I’m so excited about this series and getting to see what’s on offer for families across the world. I hope you’ll come along for the trip!
